Because the Fete was cancelled due to rain. We try and cook about 1000 ahead of time, then bring enough dough to cook another 2000 or so on the spot at the Fete. But it was a no-go.
They rescheduled the Fete for next Tuesday, so we had to freeze everything. But nobody's freezer was big enough, so it's all in my uncle Geoff's giant bait freezer (he's a fisherman). I can't wait to hear if everything tastes like fish next Tuesday!

Ah, I see. We're being plagued with cancelled shows, too. That or putting up with muddy quagmires. :P
